Appam Batter (UnSalted)

1. Please collect your Appam Batter immediately.

2. Transfer the Appam Batter to a different container, from the zip-lock cover. As it might start fermenting in the cover and might bulge.

3. If the batter is kept in the fridge, it tends to get thick (which is Normal), beat the batter well to loosen up. If you still feel the batter is thick, add plain cow milk or water as per your requirement.

4. Use it within 2 days. As the batter might get sour soon. 

5. Appam Batter is un-salted and mildly sweeten. Please add salt & sugar as per your requirement.

6. You might feel it smells odd, which is normal. This due to coconut water and yeast which is used in preparing the Appam Batter.
