Ingredients: Millets (Little/Kodo/Barnyard), Rice, Urad Dhal, Methi Seeds, Edible Salt (Mildly Salted), RO Purified Water. (We use anyone of the millets every week.)

Directions for use:
1. Transfer the batter from the packet to a different container/vessel.
2. Use the batter as it is for Idly. Slightly add water for Dosa.
3. Mildly Salted. Add salt, if required.
4. Do not freeze. Refrigerate below 7 Degrees.
5. If kept in the refrigerator, bring it to the room temperature before using it.
6. Steam the Idly for just 10-12 mins, for perfect Idlies.
7. Use the batter within 4-5 Days & experience the freshness.
